Biography

1. Mª Jesús Clemente Peiró was graduated in Agricultual Engineering at the Politechnical University of Valencia (Spain). She received her Master degree in Food Quality and Safety from the University of Valencia. Currently she is a PhD student in the laboratory of Trace Elements at the Department of Food Preservation and Quality of the Institute of Agrochemistry and Food Technology (IATA-CSIC, Spain). She has published 8 original research articles in reputed journals of the food sciences and analytical chemistry fields.
